At Votion Uniforms, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not, you may return or exchange your items within 15 days of delivery.

Eligibility

• Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in original condition with tags attached.
  
• Customized or personalized uniforms (with names, logos, or alterations) are not eligible for return or exchange unless defective.
  
• Clearance and final sale items are non-returnable.
  

Returns

• Returns must be requested within 15 days of delivery.
  
• Refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 5–7 business days after we receive and inspect your items.
  
• Shipping costs are non-refundable.
  

Exchanges

• Exchanges are available for size or style (subject to stock availability).
  
• Customers are responsible for return shipping; replacement shipping is on us.
  

Defective or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 15 days and we will send a replacement at no cost.
